The staff are very, very nice and affable, managed the parking onsite. Absolutely perfect location, it's set adjacent to the plaza, and Comala.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was truly a delightful experience. the surrounding forested area and mountain stream provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. the breakfast offered was delicious and a great way to start our day. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the historic area and all its attractions.
The internet signal was weak and made it difficult to stay connected with loved ones during the holiday season. the room lacked chairs which made it challenging to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

The breakfast offered at a separate cost was delicious and the environment was pleasant. The hotel's location was key, situated adjacent to a forested area with a mountain stream and on the edge of a historic area. We also enjoyed the modern and air-conditioned room in the new wing of the hotel.
The room lacked chairs and the internet signal was weak. It was an inconvenience for us since we needed the internet badly.

Great location with easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. the room was equipped with an air conditioner that provided cool relief from the hot and humid climate. Staff was helpful and welcoming, and the view from the restaurant was stunning.
The soundproofing in the room was poor, and noises from the restaurant and construction works could be heard throughout the night.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel for two nights. The room we booked was a separate apartment and very romantic for couples. The location of this hotel is perfect as it is close to the plaza and everything around. Also, we appreciated the staff's helpfulness and the air conditioner that worked fine.
